Correct me if I'm wrong but

There are two possibilities:
1. Jasper sent $100 btc and Jefe drop traded the 100m. Jasper claims he didn't receive the 100m even though he did, and attempts to get jefe banned.

2. Jasper sent the $100 btc and Jefe didn't drop trade 100m. Jasper was actually scammed and is down $100.

If there's no concrete evidence that either member scammed, Jasper's sketchy behavior and lies would suggest that #1 is more likely than #2

1a. True, because my provider has been offline for a few hours of waiting.
2a.

• I have knowledge of cheat engine before RS2 was even a thing because I tried to use it in RuneScape before along with Eldevin and a few other MMO's. Cheat Engine hasn't been on my mind for over a year and I didn't think about it at all for these situations as most sellers want money for gp, not to scam (I was sooo wrong).
• I explained why I stood where I did for the drop trade. It was to be behind the stool/chair in case somebody were to wonder up(low chance I know, but just can never be too careful). Standing behind this stool/chair gave the outsider person 4 extra blocks to travel to get to the gold, giving Jefe more than enough time to grab the GP if this were to have happened.
• As for this portion of your argument, I said that referring to my provider and others in the past. Only my provider has Sythe as far as I am aware. I can find more proof of people telling me this is true if the Administration wants me to. I still have those Skype conversations, just don't want to dig them up if I don't have to.

3a. I confirmed did send Jefe $100. He dropped 25k though, not 100m.
4a. I'd still be losing $50 in the option the staff has provided, and I'm happy Jefe doesn't want to accept. Because I am not okay with him paying 50m to get unbanned when he profits $50 from me.

1b. Explain how I received the 100m if I showed my ENTIRE inventory on video for over 60 seconds (already proved that I didn't drop it or place it on the table).
2b. Correct!

There is a lot of concrete evidence and he's finally running out of lies that I can disprove. You see, every post he made I've disproved it completely for the bullshit it is mate. He actually did scam me no matter how 'sketchy' you think I am.
