The best build to make is a maxed staker. The build is still the same, the conventional 99 att, str, def, hp.

You can request a dream from other people with those requirements done. Here's a guide for it.

 

Combat level doesn't matter if you are max staking

 

I thought u are required to have the quest yourself in order to enter the dream with the boss even though the host have the quest. Or am I missing something?

 

You can join a party with someone who has completed those quests.

 

Both people need the quests done, but the host should only have those quests done (can also have done quests that don't have NMZ bosses), while it doesn't matter what other quests the other person has done in addition.

Self-hosting would be far cheaper and easier to do, and is definitely the better option if you are starting on a new account. You need those 5 quests (the exact quests you need differ if you are doing MTD/Demon NMZ which is non-AFK or just AFK Guthans to maxed) in particular to use a host anyways (you both need the quests done), so you should just do only those quests and then not have to bother with paying/finding someone to host for you.

 

Yeah those are the quests you need for AFK guthans. Xp would most probably be better at bandits with super sets because I believe the bosses for NMZ are chosen not because of low defence/better xp but because they are only 1 square so they can't get stuck on each other, meaning you'll stay logged in the whole 6 hours. NMZ is entirely safe though and you usually die in the early levels of guthaning so that might be a problem at bandits.

I'm of the opinion that you shouldn't use guthans to train unless you're actually AFK or sleeping because it's really inefficient (I'm assuming you won't be if you're using super sets), so I would look into dharoking with mtd/demon quests done instead, which has almost double the xp rates. It's entirely up to you though, if you're super concerned about having all other stats 1 though, NMZ would be out of the question.

It's not anything reliable that will generate profit by any means (unless you look into odds staking, which could mathematically guarantee profit - not really knowledgeable about this, though). It's very likely that you will get cleaned, so I wouldn't stake anything you aren't prepared to lose. I only stake small amounts for fun to see where I end up, so I don't have much experience with the whole thing. Maybe someone else could provide a more comprehensive answer :idea:

If you want 50/50 all the time definitely make a maxed main

 

I would just max everything, combat level doesn't really matter too much if you max when you stake everyone just looks to see if you have 99att/def/str/hp.

 

Ye maxed main is way to go for 50/50 and btw there is rumors of duel arena glitch going around atm so if you was going to stake maybe now but if you was be careful best to stay away.

 

Just go for max build, easier to find stakes and you won't get headaches from retards wanting x's for odds.
