Basically, you know when you are banned. You can't differentiate who is the actual person who is disputing the ban, or some random person.
So say I get banned. Some random person could put rhodesy unregistered and then write abuse, etc and ruin my chances of getting unbanned.

So, in the ban reason, You could have a code, which is private to you so you can know who is who. Then you put the code in a page before the dispute or in the actual dispute, so things can be tidier as well, also limited to one dispute.
    Could be something like this.

    This is horrible idea.

    1) Tracking Code - Who will manage it?
    2) If its stored on a server and its wiped out? It would be a waste
    3) If you store it on a PC and you format for whatever reason or it crash's?
    4) I make new emails all the time for various different PayPal's cuase they keep getting limited and i usually use that 1, what if i need to update my Email because for whatever reason i forgot/lost my old email information? I cant appeal at all then, and if so and so were to ban evade they be caught and be re-banned without an appeal.

    5) What if somebody is IP blocked and somebody else has to re-appeal for them, like a trusted friend? They can screw up, then mess up your chances.

    :p My thoughts :)

There will be many codes, and sent manually.

Server backup files, plus new codes could be given out.

Stored on a server, just try and log in to see it, plus if it was sent as email, that's a backup medium anyway.

Then that's just you, not everyone has multiple emails, and it's irrelevent anyway as it's with the ban reasoning.

It's there fault for getting someone else to appeal.

Every feedback on this thread is positive, apart from yours, also you have pointed out the negatives, and done so non-analytically so I assume this is a troll.
    Thanks anyway.

Sounds pretty simple, yet a very good strategy to make the dispute forum more organized and well kept.
