Possible banned profiles:
http://www.sythe.org/members/432832-legos0n.html
http://www.sythe.org/members/432281-zebraz.html
Zebraz was banned for:
http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1794311-zebraz.html
Not sure which person Zebraz was banned for being in that report, but the same IP match he shared with Legos0n also matches "Whats":

Not to mention Whats has only been here a day yet has a bunch of IPs logged into his profile, and almost all of them appear to be VPNs/proxies.
Plus both Whats and Legos0n sell PS4 Fut Coins
http://www.sythe.org/playstation/1810826-selling-fifa-coins-ps4.html
http://www.sythe.org/playstation/1792752-selling-fut15-coins.html
Even if it is not a home IP and he isn't Lego/Zebraz, he has obviously been camping VPNs since showing up on sythe which is suspicious enough.
