You can find listings there. Past that, it's just working hard, and becoming a reputable and trustworthy member

 

Most people self-employ in the gaming field. Other options include joining an existing gold company as a livechat agent which you can do with the link Dunworry provided.

 

Put out a resume, since ya got no experience and no trust nobody will consider you though

 

If you have money you could apply to a live chat job, most will require heavy deposits as you have no trust so expect to be paying around 1k or so of a deposit depending on where you apply.

 

NEVER SCAM ANYBODY. NOBODY LIKES A SCAMMER AS IN SOMEONE WHO LIKES TO DO GET RICH QUICK SCHEMES ON PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WORK HARD TO GET WHERE THEY ARE AT NOW AND GET WHAT THEY'VE OBTAINED IN A LONG TERM PERIOD. LIKE WHAT OTHER MEMBERS ARE SAYING BUILD A REPUTATION AND BECOME TRUSTWORTHY TO YOUR FUTURE CUSTOMERS AND GO FROM THERE EVERYTHING ELSE WILL FALL INTO PLACE ONCE YOU GET TO THAT POINT. UNTIL THEN YOU HAVE TO CLIMB THE LADDER LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. SORRY DID NOT MEAN TO TYPE IN ALL CAPS THOUGH LOL.

 

Mostly through applications, but positions for gold shops are quite competitive and hard to land without a trustworthy status or prior experience. I don't think being offered jobs by friends is uncommon, so building friendships with acquaintances can be advantageous as well.

Skilling or minigames services on the other hand are less demanding in terms of trust, but the same application process applies.

OP get a real job. Seriously, the RS related ones typically pay less than minimum wage and offer little to no real world experience. Certainly nothing to put on your resume..

 

Do you really want to spend your life spending all day on RS earning barely any money at all?

Get out there and get a proper job, even McDonalds is better than this.
