Whats up with the Disk of returning?

I see people selling it for 70m less, is it going to drop or something?

 

I speculate it will be dropping soon, as with all non-wearable rares. It's a cool item to have, but there is no use for it other than to sit in your inventory. With the low demand of people trying to get these, other people are going to try and out-sell the ones selling it which in turn makes it lose it's value.

 

I remember the d.o.r. fluctuated A LOT when the first bot nuke came about. i guess it might happen again as the second bot nuke is on the horizons?

 

Tbh I've always seen buying and selling unwearable rares as too risky business, the only people who buy them do so with the intention of hoarding/investing, the demand is so low, personally id keep my distance unless your VERY patient.

 

it could turn out to become a big investment, the question is do you see it going any lower? and are you prepared to wait a long time to sell it?

 

Rares are crashing right now because there isn't a real big demand for them as there used to be or maybe people just want to sell them before the Bot Nuke comes because it might crash the prices, who knows?

If you actually checked the prices for all G.E rares... you will see all of the rares peaked sometime during Oct 2011, that's after the first bot nuke... as a result, you can see the bot nuke crash the rares..., and since the second bot nuke is coming, mid July as Jagex Mods say, rares will crash in no time as well.

 

It must be speculation of the impending bot nuke. Rares have a history of falling in prices whenever a major update comes in.

 

Yeah its people speculating the bot nuke as said above, in all honesty they're likely to drop when it happens.
