Sorry to tell you this but its actually a mental illness, and that's the same thing your doctor will tell you. Or he will recommend you to see a therapist who will then clarify that its a mental illness.

I knew someone who was in the same position.

 

What do you spend your time doing?

Hmm, strange, I have it sometimes when I sleep. Just a couple nights ago, I was trying to sleep and I suddenly woke up and it felt like I was shaking and I heard someone whispering shit that I couldn't understand.

However, thats just because I have sleep paralysis, and I'm pretty sure it was just an episode.

However, yes, you should see a doctor whether if you want to or not.

If i'm not working, then partying at every opportunity I can.

That's basically why I don't want to go.

It's so scary when it happens for me.. What's it like for you? I'm scared of them doing something I wouldn't like :/

I'll talk with my mum tomorrow and see what she says to do, any idea what the pills are? Just so I can research what they do and stuff

 

It freaked me the fuck out because I haven't had a sleep paralysis that bad in a long long time. When I started getting sleep paralysis when I was younger thats what they were kinda like, but this is the worst I have had in awhile. I am over it now however.

If you don't want to go to the doctor, just try to block it out, it may take awhile but theres ways to block out almost anything.

I'm pretty sure that what you tell your Doctor is confidential and he's not going to run to your employer telling them.
