    Staying up all night?

How many of you here are on the terrible sleep schedule of staying up all night and sleeping all day? Do you plan to fix your schedule?

*raised hand* oops. I seem to be more animated and energised at night, I would live nocturnally if possible tbh.

    Staying up all night?

Lately I've been waking up around noon. I usually take 1-2 two hour naps during the day, and i end up going to sleep at 3-6 am

    Likewise

    Staying up all night?

I went to bed last night at 7 and woke up at 4 and I feel gross because I haven't eaten since I was sleeping all day.

    Staying up all night?

I recently fixed my sleep schedule after years of going to sleep at 6-7 am. When I went camping with my friends last week, I stayed up the whole night and reset my schedule. I now sleep at 12am and wake up at 7:30-8:30 am

I wouldn't consider this all night, but I'm currently on a terrible sleeping schedule of going to bed at around 1-2am then having to get up for college at 6am. It results with me having a lack of energy all day and I can never seem to sleep any earlier than that.

    Staying up all night?

Ehh, generally I'm asleep by 1-3 and I'm awake anywhere from 9-12, but it really depends on the day.

It's pretty much always been my schedule, even if I have work/class, I go to sleep at the same time, I'll just be tired the next day and (hopefully) make it up by sleeping in the next day.

    Staying up all night?

I've been staying up pretty late till like 11-12 during summer.

On school nights I'm usually asleep by like 10 at the latest.

Healthy sleeping is very important to me.

    Staying up all night?

I usually go to bed around 3 in the morning. But anything past that and I'll just stay up and stick it out, until the following night and go to bed and reset my routine.

I'm with Roary though, I feel more awake and active during night time.

    Staying up all night?

I go to bed around 3-4am and get up around 2pm. I sleep a lot and I kind of hate going to bed late because of it. I get up and don't get to do much or see much of daytime before its dark again. I would live nocturnally if it was possible because I have a lot of energy during nighttime. The fact that I sleep late is bad during school time cause I can't get up for school and skip class a lot.

    Staying up all night?

Weekends I go to sleep around 2-3 and when I have work/school I'll sleep at a normal time like 12. Usually fixing just a few hours is quite easy from weekends to weekdays

    Staying up all night?

    Bad sleep schedule?

I work Friday and Saturday 5a-5p.

Then I turn around and work Sunday and Monday 5p-5a.

    FML.

I have a shift differential of $1.5/hr so at least it makes up for these hard times. >.<

When i go to college my schedule is very unbalanced, but in summer i got more time to think about what i'm eating when i'm going to sleep and etc. I think good schedule is very important, i'll try to keep balance after summer too.

    Staying up all night?

I happen to not sleep much anyway, I feel charged off about 3 - 5 hours sleep a day and I can even go about three days without having to sleep those 3 - 5 hours.

It's pretty crazy and doctors have thought that it's causing sanity problems with me but I seem pretty normal... Right guys?! Right...

    Staying up all night?

I stay up till 5am and then wake up at like 11am many times. Just did a 10 mile run after having this schedule for a few days. DEAD PLAYA.

I don't plan on fixing my schedule though, it's just a part of life now.

    Staying up all night?

My sleep schedule has a life of its own at this point. I don't control what time I wake and sleep unless I have responsibilities that day.
