Whats the fastest Mage xp?!

I've been trying to find the FASTEST magic EXP.

Regardless costs. What is it?

I'm currently 71 magic and need 75 magic.

Please someone up!

71 Attack
80 Strength
45 Defense
75 Hitpoints
45 Prayer
70 Range
71 Magic

Bursting would be the fastest. But alching to 71-75 would take a little longer, but not huge difference.
