Whats the Fastest 99?

Go with cooking.

I can sell you like 13k jugs of water if you want to do wines
- you lose a bit of money, but it's pretty much the fastest cook xp you can get. Easily botted, and still 400k/hr.

 

Thieving can get 99 in less then 2 weeks pyramid plunder gives about 120k/hr and not many peolpe see thieving as a "noob" skill like fletch FM and Cooking

Cooking or Fletching, but If you're not willing to spend much, you could go for an easy 99 fm that'll take around 3m cash.

 

If your using a bot go for FM. It's almost as fast as cooking and cape + emote is way better. If not, cooking is the way to go for reason stated above me.

 

If you already have the supplies: summoning/herb.

With your budget, do fletch or cook or fming.

 

If you're looking for a quick 99 and wouldn't mind spending 10m I would suggest cooking it can get very boring but it is fast.

 

cooking is fastest for a poor noob (no offence) but fletching is fast for a rich newb
