Whats the difference

I'm just wondering what the differences are if any because I can't note any.

Visual Studio 2005
Visual Studio 2008
Visual Studio 2010

I get free access to all these via msdn, I have had '05 for awhile now, haven't bothered with getting '08 or '10 and not sure if their worth the time. If anyone knows the differences and can spot em I'd like to know >.<.
