It's just a short interactive program from the BBC which tests your ability to spot the difference between a real or fake smile. I scored an okay score of 16/20, because I focused on one specific feature on the face which I felt showed the difference.

Thats pretty cool, I found that if you look at the rest of there body, If there head shakes or shoulders move there the real smiles.

I got 17/20, not too shabby I suppose. I base it on how much of their entire face they put into it.

15/20, and I realized that after some of the fake ones smile, you see them shake their head a little, as if they are thinking, "no, this isn't really very funny at all."
