What's going on with Runechat?

Turning this into report a scammer thread. Still have money on site for sports bets and banned all for asking about security problems.

 

you were banned for bringing the matter back into chat after being warned to keep it in ticket. again non compliant 3 strikes and you are handled with. plus making a report and saying you did this when time stamps show other wise and you admitted you made ticket after report. this is over if you win your bets i will personally withdraw you and you can be on your way

I was perm banned for asking in chat why there is security problems happening if that's not enough proof for you people that there is something very fishy going on right now then I don't know what's enough. I am reporting to coinbase and paypal and reporting runewealth\runechat to my lawyer. This is being taken to the next level. I don't take scamming lightly. That's why my account is from 2012 and yours is from last year, Orph.

• Runechat has 2fa/security questions only you'd know that and they are encrypted and never have been leaked
• Coinbase also has 2fa which is set by default so even if you turned it off that's your problem
• Paypal can recover unauthorised payments fairly easy, coinbase don't
  
• Runewealth isn't affiliated with runechat at all so your reporting the wrong person
• The error chrome gives is an error every site gives when the webhost crashs (happens frequently with runechat due to DDoS's
  
• You got paid out for whatever winnings you had if you lost them thats your fault
• You shouldn't of used the same email/pass as your coinbase/paypal to begin with
  
• You're sythe account is literally 6 years old and all you've done is reporting gold betting sites (I sense a salty loser)
• As a near 4.5 year user on runechat i've never experienced any hack plus i know the owners of it are to lazy to even run there site nevermind try hack someone

 

Truth is Jester looks like you were just fear mongering amongst the users. As someone who was a mod on the site for a decent bit and a user before that and held and traded cryptocurrencies in the thousands of dollars openly talking about it and being known there was no attempts for any of my accounts to be hacked or accessed. I can honestly see why you were banned and muted as you weren't raising unintelligent questions about security issues but just spreading fear. Thoughtful conversation and scaring people with little to no proof of an issue.

People (including you) need to learn what a https protocol means. Not just read the big red button that says HTTPS GOOD NO HTTPS BAD.
Jesus man, a https certificate means nothing for the safety of the site, it ONLY means your connection to the host is a bit more encrypted than it usually is. This doesn’t guarantee anything, as a https certificat can be supplied by almost any web provider, including the shady ones.
