What's a break-handler?

I want to bot my lvl 50 attack to lvl 60, and I want to use Powerbot. It says not to run for long periods of time and to use a break handler. What exactly is a break-handler? and what's considered a long period of time? is 2 hours considered a long time?

break-handler is the breaks taken in between training. It is recommended in order to not get banned and 2 hours is not long at all.

Sometimes you shouldn't... It depends on how much you care about the account. If you don't care at all, 24/7 it but breaks is a much for periods as long as 10hrs. For 2hrs, you don't need to put breaks. You'll be fine as long as you talk when people talk to you and the quality of the script.
