A Tale of Two Cities is one of my favorite novels of all-time ^_^.

OP - Wuthering Heights. It's a lovely book about a misanthropist's life through his servants.

What was the last book you read?

    Bill Bryson - At Home

It's an incredibly interesting book that I'm reading a little bit of at a time. The premise is that the very popular science/travel writer Bill Bryson wanted to write a book without leaving home, and decided to try and tell the history of our buildings and houses through each of the rooms in his house, an old English rectory.

Some parts are hilarious (the account of eighteenth century French toilet habits), while the rest is genuinely fascinating to anyone with a shred of interest in social history, or really in history at all.

At 500-odd pages it's a hefty tome, but I really recommend to have a look at this (or any of Bryson's other books).

I just read The Family by Jeff Sharlet, the novel was informative and shed light on a fundamentalist organization that wields great political clout.

What was the last book you read?

I just finished reading The Riftwar Saga, by Raymond E. Feist.

Thoroughly enjoyed the first book, Magician, and would recommend it to anyone who likes a good fantasy novel.
