The topic title means I do not have a name for this and do not know why I wrote it in my notebook, but here it is.
I grasp the mic. and start to mumble,
Time goes by and my fear just crumbles,
Like Shaq at the free-throw line I start to sweat,
Story told I never loose a bet.
The crowd starts standing so I get louder,
Haley or Sammy who looks prouder?
Fear held me down for many years,
Now down the drain as I grab my gear.
Stomping and clapping to the words I sing,
New hope and forgiveness is what I try to bring.
Towards the end I start to smile,
A girl front row looks so guile.
I take a bow and walk behind the curtains,
What happened next I was not so certain.
Ten thousand plus all on their feet,
A quick duet, then a crafty fleet.
I was asked to write a very blunt outlook on how a singer / performer's life was. Luckily for me I have first hand knowledge on this subject and I hope this helps you a lot dude. Now stay in school and pass that damned English class.
