Herblore exp help!!!

Hey basicly I need 65 herb for questing and i have 47 atm shouuld I do serum 207's'or prayer pots during this 2x exp weekend can you please post xp/gp rate and the approx cost? Tyvm in advance if you can.(Reason I'm not doing it myself is that I'm on my cellphones and the rs skill calcs don't show up on my phone idk y).
