What to do next with this account?

Level 94 + 1 The account has 87mil.

i was wondering if i should make it a 3 way hybrid getting 90 str or stay tank and get 90 defence?

also 52 pray or 70 pray?

what do you guys think i should do or post what you would do please.

train defence to 99, then strength to 99, then mage to 90-99

 

Hp to 99 and train a non-combat stat stay range tank.

 

Get strength up to 90+ and go pking with AGS.

 

So stay tank i suppose and what about prayer 52 or 70?
