what to do after you leave school.

Well ive just started high school and ive started wondering what im going to do after i leave school, i definately want to do something to do with computers so if u know of good jobes involving this leave me a comment, or if u know of a job that sounds like fun tell me about it, cheers.

Well for me whenever I use to leave highschool, I just went to friends places. xD !!

For you, something with computers that's a job for afterschool...uhh.. Runescape , yup.

Not a job, but it sure is addicting !!

I will go to the University of Queensland in Australia and study science for 3 years and Chemistry for seven years before becoming a doctor or surgeon in a hospital to save lives.

I'll try to get a bachelor degree of science and chemistry and aim for the Doctorate degree...

In australia they just brought out this gap year thing in the army... 1 year get paid 30,000+ AUD and get qualified as an engineer or something if you stay longer... You can do plenty of computer trades in the armed forces trust me... Wont need to see any fighting or anything.

otherwise try and build a portfolio... If you want to do web design, do some sites... Graphics make a graphics portfolio... etc etc... Most people hire based on skill not qualifications so much when it comes to graphics and multimedia... But if you want to do programming i suggest studying at University or TAFE

what i did is i spent about 3 years making maps for half life 2.... i was kinda bored. i got really good at it. i contacted bungie and they offered me an internship after i showed them some of my work. i declined cuz i want to go to school.. but yeh tht wouldve been pretty good money.

dude, go to university, it'll help u make lots of $$$ and when u just start off, they dont give u too much work, so u can chill and play some rs if ur still into the game.
