    Currently I have 32k Nature Runes and around 600k cash. Is there anything that you recommend I could Alch?

    Yeah, rune arrows are members. Try green dragon tops, or just go to www.alchprices.com and find what's best for F2P.

    Yes there is a very limited about of things now a days to alch with out lose. :(

    Try and see if Rune Daggers And/Or Rune Pickaxes are trading on the Grand Exchange at a good price. If you can get them a med, you will make profit off them.
