There is a chance that jagex will add gwd in the future, they would probably hold a poll and see what the community thinks about it. But whip, d scim, dds, d mace, dharoks, verac, dba, dark bows.

zerker pures probably amongst the best.

also jagex said it would take thousands of hours to add gwd as stated in their Q&A which pretty much says it all, it ain't coming.

the best thing to pk with back then was whip to dds or dmace. also i dont see why you can't hybrid as there were many hybrids back then like elvemage. Also don't sleep on knives to gmaul.

Just repeating what I heard in a sowreck3d video. I would prefer no gwd but wouldn't really bother me if they did add it.

Edit: Just read the Q&A and it seems like they are really only doing what the community wants. He said anything is possible if it gets supported by widely by the community.

DDS will now be the best spec weap in-game for zerker pures. Man, this is so fucking good.

 

DDS + super set nothing else

 

People have to remember as well this is going back to when 1m = ~$3-4 and whip was around 1.8m, meaning that if you pked a whip you just earned around $6. That's a lot to lose from one pk trip aha.

 

DDS & Whip or D Scim and Gmaul PKing will be what's gonna take over.
