What stats should a gmauler have?

Title says it, and should i do any quests?

 

obv 50 att
80+ strength
range could range anywhere between 70 and 99, considering what you'll be doing with it. (not rushing = get range)
mage anywhere from 62+.. I think 62 is air wave.. but you could get like 82 for ice blitz, or 94.. etc.

I don't know how g maul rushing works now, but I think you can't do it as effectively? anyways yeah.. and mith gloves if you could.

And you'd better get adamant while you're on it. Adamant ones require you to complete Monkey Madness though.

Mithril Gloves are obtained by completing 5 subquests (4 for Black, 3 for Steel etc.) of the 'Recipe for Disaster' quest. Adamant gloves are also an option for a pure, but these are a lot harder to get. I suggest you also get 82+ Magic for Ice Blitz, to rush. You'll need:

- Recipe for Disaster + 5 subquests for Mithril Gloves
- Recommended: Death Plateau for Climbing Boots
- Desert Treasure and required quests for Ice Blitz

You should also complete "Tree Gnome Village", "The Grand Tree", "The Waterfall" and "Fight Arena" Quests. Together they give 60K~ Attack and 12K~ Strength experience.

You might also want to get Berserker Ring (i) for rushing. It gives +8 Strength bonus, but it is costly and takes a LONG[/] time to get.

 

I personally don't deem Berserker Ring (i) worth the time and funds.

 

Do Vampire Slayer and the Desert Treasure series, and the attack is pretty much quested

 

Rushing as a gmauler consists of ice blitz, a range attack to gmaul specs. Occasionally with a higher risk someone will throw in the dark bow to get 2 hits at once before the gmaul specs.

 

Its more then worth it, plus a extra 20 to damage or more.

 

Extra 18, to be exact.
It might be a pain to get, but it'll be worth it in the long run.
