    back pains?

Sounds serious! Maybe you should get up and try stretching after every 45 minutes or so. Contact your doctor and ask them too

Yeah I'd talk to your doctor, how long are you sessions when playing games? Do you stand up and stretch in between?

Well you could spend less time sitting down playing video games and more time being active. You could actually get a blood clot in your legs from playing video games too much and you wouldn't even know until 3-5 years later when it causes a heart attack.

    back pains?

I broke my back two times last year and strengthening it was vital. Just work with the pain and do what you can cope with. But definitely strengthen the muscles and try stay away from medication.

I also have back pains, probably worse than what it sounds like yours is. Have for many years, don't know what to do about it seeing as computers are half my life.

I sit at my computer practically all day and I don't have any issues. Should contact your doctor as soon as you can.

    back pains?

I've had a sore back since 27th may 2010, had a bad accident. You eventually learn to live with it. Some days are better and some are worse.

I've found a solution to this though, Weed. Weed takes away the pain completely and makes me feel normal for 5-6 hours. Makes me feel like a million bucks as there's nothing more than I appreciate than being healthy.

Maybe it's the chair you're sitting on. I have one chair that lacks any lumber support and after awhile of sitting in it, my back gets sore. I have a different chair that I can sit in for hours and be perfectly comfortable.

    back pains?

Yeah I have been working out at home lately, but I was a gym regular not many months ago. Back pain has been for many years. Mostly in the morning. Professionals just say to not be on the computer so much so I just live with it :p

    back pains?

If you're really worried, get an x-ray of the location where you have the back pain. If nothing comes up, then it means your posture is shit or you just have general tightness in the soft tissue in that area. For both, going to the gym putting on muscle and increasing your strength will help quite a bit. Stretching will also help. Additionally, going to a masseuse will help.

2 of the vertebrae in my lower back have been fucked, presumably since birth. They're expected to degenerate significantly faster, but that notwithstanding, the bony spurs dig out, so when you put pressure in that area, even mild pressure, there is excruciating pain. Found out due to an x-ray, although I was complaining about pain since 8-9. When I started going to the gym, alongside going to a masseuse from time to time, the pain in that area subsided, as well as the swelling in my lower-back.
