what speed do you watch content online at?

I personally cant watch anything that isnt at 2x speed. Curious whether im the only one who does this

 

normal speed

2x if educational/studying content

 

I usually watch it at normal speed as well with most things.

 

Youtube/Netflix: Normal Speed
Educational video: 2x+
Porn: Skip the video until I find a minute part I like

 

I can't say I've ever watched anything at 2x speed.. However, everything else is accurate that @Juws said.

 

The maximum that I put information videos are at x1.5... in x2 gives me headache XD

 

I'm definitely a normal speed dude haha but will give the 1.5x and 2x a go!

 

Been trying to pickup some python libraries, so been speeding at 1.5x. If not something technical, then definitely going at 2x

 

Depends on the speaker but generally 1.5-2x speed. 1x is too slow

 

0.25x, especially in political debates. If they don't sound like bickering stroke patients, I'm not interested.

 

I like to hold the spacebar down when I watch youtube videos

 

Has to be 1x. Anything faster just drives me crazy even if the video is slow.

 

1.2x/1.5x/2x(depending on how the speaker talks) when watching and paying attention to TED Talks and such

1x for background noise videos on my 2nd screen

 

Update: After watching content at 2x speed I have come to realize I don’t like it. Perhaps for tutorials or something sure but for anything else it’s still silly.

I didn't realise people watched stuff at higher speeds to begin with, eye-opening!
