What skill next?

I have indefinite membership, but basically no money (max 30m). 99 fletching is in the bank, but I was wondering what skill I should do next for money.

Leveling combat in any way is not going to happen. I want to keep this account level 3 combat. Also if there is a quest involved please post which quest, and a link to walk through.

If you have the log, then burn them for 99FM
Or If you have money for logs, burn them.

Fish to 99.
Sell fish = make profit because people buy uncooked a LOT for leveling.

Mine to 99.

Do Nat running?
Craft nats in Nat running worlds.
No Profit fast leveling.

I was thinking cballs for 99 smithing. Would gold bars be quicker and more profitable?

smithing gold bars make you lose money, it's only good if you have the goldsmith gauntlets for double xp. if you mined the gold, you could sell the ores for almost double what you could with the bars... cballs would be the most profit i'd say for 99 smith.. it takes a while.. but if you're motivated enough, it's profitable.

i did the math, and if you did cballs from 35-99, even if you bought all the steel bars, in the end you would make over 80m profit at the current ge prices.

I would recommend getting 99 Runecrafting, only because the cape is absolutely amazing.
