House of cards season 3

So season 3 drops tomorrow, is anyone else excited as I am?

At the end of season 2 it felt like a series where it ends the way you want it to. But with the release of season 3, we get to find out what happens next. Just a fulfilling feeling.

Looking forward to it.

Fuck... Huge Anatomy midterm next Tuesday and HoC is back TOMORROW?! Well.. I guess I could always re-take Anatomy next semester haha

 

I can't wait til tomorrow to binge watch all 13 episodes on netflix!!

 

Debating blowing off work tommorow to get a head start on it.

 

How much longer? I keep checking netflix lol.

 

Breezed through the first 4 episodes. Already WAY better than S2 imo

 

I can't wait to watch it. Just so busy with school and such, but I definitely will watch it soon and post here!

 

Up to the 6th episode now.

 

Today I'll be binge watching netflix. I've been up all night but got a case of red bull and I'm good to go.

Really torn between finishing breaking bad and starting better call saul and watching the HoC S3. I'll definitely finish both this weekend though so I'll be giving my impressions on S3.

At the halfway point right now. I agree it's already way better than season 2. I'll be finishing it tonight

 

S3 > S1 > S2

In my opinion.

There were so many twists and turns in Season 3 that I was legitimately fooled more than once about a characters motives.

 

I just saw an advertisement about House Of Cards and I'd never heard of it. Is it a good show worth watching? With which series can I compare it?

 

loving it, way better than S2

 

I finished all the episodes in season 3 and the last episode was pretty damn surpising.

 

I'm almost done, I have to say I haven't enjoyed this season as much. He hasn't practiced nearly the amount of manipulation as in S1 or S2. Nothing shocking has happened yet and I'm two episodes from finishing. I don't find the foreign affairs stuff that interesting. Just ehhh, it was alright but I'd put it behind the other two.

 

Really, even over Season 2? Damn I'm surprised. I thought S2 was quite weak.

Though some of the character development in Season 3 was nonsensical compared to their season 1 & 2 visages...such as Claire Underwood suddenly developing a conscience, Remy Danton back with Frank (wasn't expecting that), the large amount of time spent on Stamper versus his other seasons, etc.

I agree sitting down and analyzing it post binge-watching it has made me see the flaws you speak of. I still loved the season though for the most part.
