what should i do next???

Hey there about 2 months ago my account was hacked by a keylogging virus. I was stupid and downloaded a file off youtube and my account and email was taken. After a while a was able to get my email back but jagex doesn't care at all in getting my account back. I have wrote multiple emails and message tickets on there website with no responds. Is there any other way to try to recover my account or is the only way to play this game again is to restart...... which i say fuck that!!

 

send them e-mail, they should respond!! starting over is for sure an option, how far along were you? So you've just lost your password?

 

He said that he sent emails and didn't get a response. Harass them on twitter for your account recovery.

 

Tweet at Mod Beno I believe. He usually responds. Keep tweeting at him.

 

keep doing emails, forums, and tweets, jagex is really active in social media nowdays
