Sweet. First off, I would get 75 defense. Then try to get 70+ range, then go for 70 prayer. Just max Strength after that

Try to get 99 strength, round off defence to 75, and get mage to 82 for blitz or 94 for barrage, and prayer to 70 for piety is good as well.

Get your Defence to 75, then leave it. Get your Strength as high as you can, maybe 99? Then raise your Range and Magic to 85+.
