If it isn't already a zerker, it's too late. I mean all the quests you need to do.

I'd go for barrows pker. Good loot at those levels

The long term would probably be 70 attack, 99 strength, 70 defence, and enough mage for veng

Make it a zerk. Get your strength to 85+ and attack 70.
