What settings should I keep[New to IDungPro]

I just made an f2p account, its combat level is 3. I am going to use IDungPro on it all the way to 85 and then upgrade it to do frosts. Currently dung level is 39 and combat level is 21. What settings should I keep on IDungPro to get the most exp/hr. If u can post screenshots also then please do, thanks

NOTE: Grab food doesn't work yet so don't listen to the guy who said you should.... It just wastes time and sits there.

Why would you pick up heim crabs, they dont heal much?

 

Also turn off record, it slows it down

 

Grab food option only refers to rushing

you should use heim crabs because at this guys cb 20 hp is alot to him.
