What setting to run Nexus client on?

I can run on 1000mb or 450 or 1500?

Thanks for making this Matt. I have an I7 920 with 2.67ghz, 6gb of ram, and a GTX 275 1972mb. I am just starting to bot for my first time and would like to know what I should run nexus client as. Thanks for any help.

Depends.

I prefer to have 2x 1500MB clients open, with 2 or 3 bots in each of them.
Some bots run fine with just 450MB ram. My AFP + Auto Smelter run on just that.

However Sorc Garden, I tend to just leave 2 on a 1500MB Client.

 

It really depends on how good your pc is etc, how much RAM it has and so.
Run a 1500 MB Bot for a bit, see if that lags your pc - If so, run a 1000MB bot for a bit, again if that lags, run a 450 MB bot.
I ten to Run 1000MB bots.

I have a pretty much brand new (not much crap on it)

HP laptop, intel core i3 processor (quad core?)

It runs 2 sorc garden on 1000mb and 1 rsbot using 60-70% RAM.

What's my limit do you think?

 

it really depends on how much ram you have, if you have over 3gb you should be good for just about anything
