Need help about account!

Hi, I have an account since 2 years, was my friends account who gave it to my other friend and he recovered it like 6 times to get his items... been 2 years he didn't recover and I don't know if the guy is still playing or he sold his main... I'm just wondering if there is anything besides the recoverys and pin that can block him recover it back to get his items again/or ruin the 1 def on it... He got all the infos (first pass, payments made/date made, email, postcode, recovs, isp, date it was made, names/city/born date) but he's just tired of recovering it then having it for some days, likely said playing on an account that he won't ever have even if he did all the stats on it...

The guy only made a paybycash payment through mail and has first passes and his infos (postcode.. name... etc).

He's about to make it member with the visa prepaid card but he's not sure if he should do it or not, knowing the guy could probably recover it again and again even if he don't know he's playing or not.

This is not a scam or w/e the guy that made the account was a dick, giving an account to someone then recovering it back stoling mills that the second guy made...
