What rights do Dogs Have?

Do you think dogs should have the right to Bark?

I think so, Dont get me wrong no one likes a dog barking at 3 in the morning that I dont agree with, but In the Middle of the day when no ones home, its not like you can stop them.

I just got a new Pup she's not even 2 Months her Barks are like Some one Coughing you can barley even here her, But I got a letter in the post today saying that she has been barking out of Control, I personally believe who ever sent it is Gutless, and just a load of shit. "Old"...

So what are your thoughts on dogs Barking?

How are you going to get a dog not to bark? Thats what they all do naturally.

 

Condition it not to. Reward it for not barking. Punish it for barking.

Animals have rights not to be tortured. There are also endangered species and hunting laws. They don't have "rights" besides from torture and mindless killing.
