    What quest is this?? O_o
    I just stumbled on this on my way to teverly tree patches, and i was like "omg wtf is that" and i went there afterwards.. but he said something about being hungry etc and you could do anything more..

    Doesn't have a quest thing on the mini-map so it probably is a random NPC :D
