- Phats/Crackers/Masks - 50M+ ???

I hope rares become expensive otherwise there is no fun in the game, i already got the most expensive gear possible and it's not interesting anymore.

There is nothing to work for, wheres the fun in it. (Not talking about skilling etc)

 

Unfortunately, they'll never be even remotely close to 50m ea.

And also unfortunately, there is a pretty clear end game for 07 unless you want to max stats (you'd have to be some kind of masochist to want to do that, so I understand you probably don't want to).

 

They'll actually be decreasing in price, since they get dropped every year. Only item that won't become close to worthless is cracker, since it's the only "fun" rare (you can use it on others).

If you're bored of the game, but still want to find fun in it, try joining an F2P or P2P clan.

 

They're not rares.. Look up the definition of rare. They're tradable holiday/event items. Those items will never reach passed 500k for each for 3 reasons. 1 being that the supply is overwhelming, another is they will be given out on holidays/events that correspond with the item every year, and last but not least, there will be a small cap on how many you can buy every 4 hours to make sure no one buys them out (most likely).

 

It's really not interesting playing without something that is really expensive, valuable, rare. Partyhats are exactly the answer to the problem.

 

I'm sure there will be more high tier items and armour that will come out. But phats won't ever get there...and they shouldnt. Why don't you go for 3rd age or something. idk.

 

Elysian Spirit Shield, Third age set, and 99 in all skills are difficult goals for the average player in my opinion.

i agree with you, i want something that's super rare and discontinued to merchant / invest / store wealth

 

buy 3rd age weapon set, that's the closest you will have to a rare in 07 and tbh they are more rare than any holiday item.

 

I agree, 3rd age is no match for phats. Because of everyone being able to wear one.

 

Everyone can wear a phat too.

 

Rares will never become rare on 07, jagex keeps dropping them often.

 

There are plenty of things to invest your money in. If you're so rich that you can afford ALL of the super rare items in the game, why not become a mass-scale bulk merchant.

 

They will never become that high. Every seasonal event they give them out and I don't think they will stop doing that, therefore they won't be rare.

 

Tbh if you want something more to achieve on runescape and are just bored of it you could always stake and go for max cash or something along the lines of this.

 

There are still expensive Items which are awesome to collect though.

 

Well they should have discontinued rares so this problem wouldnt arrise.
