What monsters?

Hi, i have a level 49 pure that i want to train, but i never made a pure a member before, so i don't know what to kill. My stats are:

49 combat

40 Attack
68 Strength
1 Defence
1 Ranged
1 Prayer
55 HP
61 Mage.

So i'm wondering what monsters there are for a 1 def pure to train on (OTHER THAN ROCK CRABS) without getting prayer (experiments) or Defence.

 

Thought about botting SWs?

 

do you know of a good sw bot? I'm not willing to spend money on a SW bot, so a free one that you know of would be appreciated haha

 

free bots = asking for a ban, you'd be better off with a paid bot, unless you really want to risk your account.

Druids are lvl 13 (?) and have 200hp. They drop loads of herbs, and I was able to get about 150k/hour with my main. You should be able to get something like ~100k/hour + experience No food needed

I would bot sw. I've used Peach's Soul Monsters script on RSBuddy and it has seemed to work pretty well. But they really need a good paid one soon.
