What level is a lvl 3 with 99 Magic?

I know that magic increases your level, but does anyone know just starting from a level 3 that when used correctly like high alch and super heat, non combat spells, that when the level 3 hits 99 what level will it be. I have 20m on my level 3 and thinking about making it 99 and just trying see what level it would be. Would it still be level 3 or another level?
