I've been gone for about 3 weeks. And why do i come back banned?
All i did was lending my friend this account for him to be able to sell his accounts he doesn't need. Name is ''Kindra32''

 

That's not allowed here, your friend needed to make his own account. Please read the rules.

Sharing accounts is only a 2 week ban i believe, and therefore isn't disputeable/pardonable. Wait it out and ensure you follow the rules next time.

Your friend also cannot make an account for the 2 weeks you're banned.
