What item would be best to use to train strength?

    What item would be best to use to train strength?
    Hello Guys, I'm wondering what weapon would be better to train strength with at 75 attack?

    Saradomin's blessed sword.
    Staff Of the Dead with Dragon Defender.

    Since I want to keep my defence level 70 and Attack level 75, I will not be using the whip for training.

    What item would be best to use to train strength?
    Saradomin's blessed sword, but that's not a weapon you should train with... better to go with SOTD + d defender for marginally lower xp while saving the cost of an SS ;)

    Thanks alot mate :p I decided the buy both, Sotd for pking and bless ss for pking :p
