Okay guys just wondering what everyone does here for a job if you are able to work. Its up to you if you want to post what you make but I'm more focused on the general concept.
Ill start:

Im a warehouse worker at the moment I work in a place something along the lines of this
Warehouse_Holland.aspx

I compile orders that are ready to be shipped out. I enjoy it although it doesn't pay the best I am enjoying life. (Finally not a fucking garbage man anymore)

Programming intern, college kid. I do a lot of different multimedia design work on the side.

Congrats on the new job man.

Currently raking in the yaper by charming young people at a toy store wearing a giraffe suit.

I'm an accountant for a large construction company. I handle all incoming payments, changes to contracts and play around with some other administrative stuff. Pays well, can't complain.

That sounds amazing! What exactly do you do?

Right now it's a lot of trainee stuff as I was just hired literally 2 weeks ago after busting my ass through school and really sparsely paid internships. The hope will be that I get to oversee and give my input on schematics and engineering on aircraft, spacecraft, satellites (which is what I'm primarily doing right now) and maybe even missiles.

In a way it's kind of an entire scope of many fields of engineering. What concentration you pursue within the field of Aerospace Engineering is really up to you. I'd love to be a simulation engineer for NASA. Where you study different models and control systems for different pilot simulations.

It's really rich in mathematics and science.

I hope you get to do what you want to do! Good luck :)

Thanks man, foot is already in the door at NASA after a long and arduous process. We'll see what roles they believe I'm best suited for post-training. It's daunting work and pretty intimidating but you cannot go through it being afraid of failure or any of that.

It's rewarding to be part of a job that could actually make a legitimate/tangible difference in the world.
