    What is your daily work-out routine?

    I just do 30 push-ups in a row then go straight to Bicycle Sit-ups, do 30 of these then back to push ups then 30 normal sit ups....

    I know my facial expresion is weird.. but this is me. ;)

    What is your daily work-out routine?

    I do a 5 minute ab exercise I made up which includes around 8 different ab exercises to work different parts I do it in the morning and night. I then do weights on most days when I have time working on eather back, chest, biceps or triceps mostly doing leg work inbetween these. And I just go for a run some nights as its getting dark when im bored lol. These really arent hard but its amazing how much of a difference it makes over a few years.

    damn I remember I went to wrestling camp.. shit was tough, pretty much always intense drills and they always kept the heater on in the room so you would sweat your balls off

    Yea really hot in the room i always come out the room shirt drenched then after that we lift so my arms are dead everyday but good workout if i want to go down state i gotta start getting better hopefully ill be on varsity next yaer

    What is your daily work-out routine?

    It's nice to see people here actually work out, I thought I was the only one.
    I work out a lot, I do 3 high school sports and in the summer I lift fairly often, and go on occasional runs. If I can't get out I just do pull ups, push ups and some yoga.

    What is your daily work-out routine?

    I alternate daily between P90X and Insanity. Just do core and legs, then at like 8-9pm I'll do a running workout at the track.

    The only workouts i do are in the Rs random event for Camo armour.

    These made me laugh.

    OT: Usually run 4 - 5 miles every morning, then what my old drill sergeant used to call, Drill Sergeant Child's 7 minute ab workout... It breaks me off every morning and I love it. Not big into pushups/upper body, I focus mainly on abs and lower body... Upper body is strong enough to play xbox and get on my laptop, meh, lol.

    pussy bro, pussy pussy pussy, nothing against:p

    I used to do about 3 sets of 50 at my old wrestling club in about a 6 cycle exercise chain. And that was before. sure the club was top 10 in the country, but still, I was only in middle school then. builds character and mental toughness doing that sort of stuff though.

    What is your daily work-out routine?

    Wake up at around 0430 do a few sets of 20 push-ups/squats, and usually 3 set of 10 pull-ups. Then I'm at P.T at around 0530-0600 (in the army), which usually is a 3 mile run plus some more of your basics. Sometimes they want to throw a ruck on you and have you take a march/jog through the woods. When I get home I usually do whatever my workout is for the day (Mon,Tue,Thur,Fri). During the Fall/Winter/Early Spring (providing Im in country) I help coach the local wrestling teams.

    What is your daily work-out routine?

    Round christmas time my life was revolving around exercise, that sort've died down a bit, since I couldn't afford the protein shakes.

    At the moment I do the killer chest workout on youtube 4x, around 200 crunches, 20 minutes straight on a rowing machine, 100 pressups in reps of 10, and 30 dumb-bell presses with 13kg.
    Varies though, some days I just give my muscles a break.

    2 hrs a day 1.5 hrs muscles 30 mins abs
    back n bi's day 1 shoulders traps day 2, chest and tris day 3, legs day 4, day off then repeat
