What is this? Floor glitch

Just saw this in Port Sarim fish shop while on the RS Application.

Jk, but yeah it looks like a glitch. Might have happened when all the worlds went offline after the update.

 

weird. I found one of those by the slave camp during uhh... that quest where you crawl through the window. the will will spin around if you move through it.

Wtf is this? Jagex is getting too lazy and the game seems more glitchy than it was a long time ago.

The most glitchy area I have been to is the final part of mournings end part 2.

Jagex seem to be getting much lazier concerning graphical glitches.

 

Ahaha, I've seen about 5-10 graphical glitches in the past 5 days, the best is the one where a players body is all dis formed and moving around.
