what is the perfect skiller?

I was just wondering what makes a great skiller, e.g. certain 99's quests and special items for f2p and p2p skillers?

 

99 Runecrafting on a skiller.

 

IMO, a perfect skiller is lvl 3 (not lvl 4, not totaly ruined, but is nicer), has good levels in the money making skills (mining, fishing, wc rather than cooking or firemaking), has a good amount of money and a good outfit to show off (P2P has nicer outfits).

Perfect in my opinion has all 99's in ALL non combat stats, even agility and has the skill cape for them all, is level 3 so no mage or range and has a good outfit to show off, perfect would definitely have a holiday hat such as party or santa and obby cape.

 

Thats pretty much a perfect one in my oppinion too.

 

For me it should have 99 HP/Summon/Pray, then itd be L33t .

 

the best is 99 farming.

 

Level 3, 99 Cook, Fish, Wc, Rc, Fm, Fletch, Thief, Agi, 10M+.

That about sums it up.

 

The best skiller is one that has at least 50m cash and 5 or more skill capes. Also MUST be a lvl 3.

 

wouldn't that make it not a skiller?

and thanks everyone for you input, so basically a good skiller is one with 99 evrything, thats rich and has a good outfit.

what about quests that skillers can do would that make them cooler?
