What is the best graphics settings [HELP]

Hi guys, I've got a computer that has very bad wifi signal and isn't that great, i was just wondering what is they best set up i can to play RS without stupid laggs etc. I don't mind if the graphics looks rubbish i just want to be able to play without lag!

Safe mode is the lowest you can go. Click minimum settings in Manual Setup to achieve it. Hopefully your computer will be able to handle this at a reasonable rate.

To be honest I don't really like safemode, i get only like 30fps on it. On opengl or directx I get straight 50fps, these are the best settings to use on a windows computer I suppose, if you lagg even more then stick to safe.

 

What the above users said and play in OpenGL, seems like the game runs smoother on that

I usually click Safemode, then I go to the options again and click DirectX (windows) or if you have a Mac use OpenGL. I usually get 80+FPS while running other games while using these settings. Hope I helped.

 

If you have bad WiFi signal changing the graphics settings won't help - graphics settings will only reduce lag when hardware is limiting the game play (such as an older or weaker processor, incapable graphics card, etc).
