What is Jagex thinking?

Now everybody, this is a very obvious complaint and in my opinion what i am about to speak of is the stupidest thing jagex has ever done. This has happened to me many times and I have contacted mod ruteger or wutev his name is and he's been great about the whole thing but he says there is nothing he can do. I just think in order to ban somebody you must have proof they did something. i'll post pics 4 u guys to show wut i talkin about. (and srry i spelled the title wrong i didnt check it)


So heres the mesage that i got from jaagex. I'm banned for 6 days (was 7 but this is 1 day after ban) now the funny thing is I've never macroed in my life. that is what the ban is for. Some noob prob thought I was macroin cuz my comp is so slow. Can you say laggage?



Now I'm wonderin: what possible proof can they have? Lets me find out. This is what I see:




What the fuck is this?!?!?! Jagex needs a new system of proofing for macroing, and if they are banning somebody for doing nothing, there is something seriously wrong. What do you guys think about this and what do you think should be done? Dont flame, but give your honest opinion.

yeh same thing happended to my friend it happened to alot of people if those chinease and korean people didnt overdo by having so many macros in freeworlds this wouldnt be a problem now

dunno its weird cuz I have never macroed on tht guy its my main. so i dunno. I think that there are some stupid noobs that make multiple accts and just go reporting people. runescape is becoming more and more corrupt if u ask me.
