What is going to happen?

When am I allowed back on to pardon or whatever, or anyways to prove my claim that I deleted every single message that was sent and everything was solved, and a permanent ban should have not happened.

Tell me how many kids would get perm banned then chargeback every single payment they sent I'm sure 90% would? Everyone's messaging me who i've sent money to on PayPal worried im going to chargeback, (over $700), which I'm not going to. When am I allowed back on the site, because I literally knew what I did wrong, and then I solved it without it getting anywhere near out of hand, and nothing happened to the kid, and I did not know it was against the rules.. I believe I should not get banned for this, but not perm, at least like 1 month or something, please don't get rid of me.
