    What is an MM?
    You mean MiddleMan?
    It's third person in trade, someone really trusted that will help both of you (Seller and the buyer) do the transaction.
    Let's say your selling 120 level account.
    # You give the account to MM, will all informations.
    # He checks if the account is recoverable, and if all informations given is right.
    # If everything is ok, buyer sends money to seller.
    # MiddleMan gives the account to the buyer.

    Simply as that.
