What is a Runescape Pin?

Sorry for being a complete and total noob but I was wondering what a Runescape PIN is. I keep hearing about those and Auths and have no idea what either of them are.

 

Its just a number you put in that gives you 30 days of membership

 

A virtual intangible 8 digit code that is redeemable for a month+ of generally Runescape membership.

An Auth is a code that is used to activate the bot in a certain skill. So if you get a fishing auth, your bot will be allowed to bot fishing for you.

 

furthermore, pins are attained through PBP and SMS methods while Auths have to be bought. (Sythe does not foster selling/trading of auths) hope i have helped!

 

Pins are a form of paying for runescape membership gives you 30 days membership credit, you can buy them from calling a number & that will give you an eight digit code you enter on the runescape billing page. you can also buy these for like $4 in the blackmarket, they cost around $10 if you pay legit.
