what is a mm or a omm is there a difference?

what do mm's or omms do?
im new to sythe preferably answered by a mm/omm

 

Middlemans help Middleman trade in order to prevent both sides getting scammed.

For example:

Cash for Runescape account trade.

The Middleman would get the cash, and the Runescape account, verify the Runescape account, give the account to the buyer, and the cash to the seller.

MM's are regular users of Sythes, who MM, but pretty often to be any good, they're trusted.
OMM's are the Official Middlemen of Sythe, they go through an application, and the Head Middleman (Finn) and other Sythe staff check through this application. They are the most trusted middlemen.

Technically, the only difference is the rank.

 

Official MM's (OMM's) are middlemen that have passed a thorough application process, and have received majority approval by the upper staff. They are probably safest for large trades. However, most of them do charge higher MM fees, and you should always get a PM from them on Sythe before trading (as many of them have impostors.)

Regular MM's are generally members who are working on an application to become official. Fees range from free to high, but it is up to you to look into their credentials, and decide if they can be trusted with the amount you wish to trade.

 

I think OMM is and official middle man, the most trusted middle men around, because they've been picked by admins of the site.

On the homepage, should be a MiddleMan topic, theres a bunch of threads in there displaying a heap of them. Most of them cost but really do help at times.
