    What have you learned from/on this website?
    Any relevant skills you've picked up? Lessons you've learned?

    Skills:
    improved my negotiation skills by a bit, learned a bit about crypto, some random trivia from people who know a lot of random stuff (@Zora ahem), and some programming
    Lesson learned:
    -regulating a market requires having a healthy balance of overly suspicious/distrusting/'crime fighters' people and system thinkers, who check and balance each other every so often.
    -Boomers still need to ventilate all their pent-up rage and the most effective way to do that is apparently still through spam forums
    -And some obvious confirmations about things I already knew, like empathy being hard-found on the internet, greed, and so forth.

    What have you learned from/on this website?
    Ah fuck, where do I even begin?

    Some good/useful things:
    - Crypto, Some programming basics, how SEO works etc etc
    - Networking
    - Who you can rely on and who you can't
    - That its actually very realistic to make money online if you have the time and patience to figure it out.
    - Building a good reputation will help you out more than you think.
    - There's some really good people

    The neutrals:
    - Effort doesn't always equal reward.
    - Nobody really cares who you are.
    - People you've only just met will trust you way more than they ever should.
    - It becomes very easy to spot which clanmates you have in-game bought their account when they share 3 servers and 8 friends on Discord.

    The bad:
    - That the vast majority of people online have a price they'd take to fuck you over. In most cases its a lot lower than you think.
    - Putting yourself around those who seem like bad people will make you say things you'll regret years later.
    - A lot of people put money before morals online and don't care if they're harming another person.
    - Between fansite work before I was here and the time I've spent on Sythe, I have so little faith in Jagex's management that I'm convinced they're actively trying to fuck everything up so they can seem like they're being useful when they fix it again.

    And probably the worst:
    - It doesn't matter what you do, some people will treat you like shit because you broke the rules of a videogame.
